Hulk Hogan Wins US$105 Million Verdict Against Gawker.com
American icon “Hulk Hogan” won a US$115 million verdict against Jewish owned “Gawker.com”. The award was for US$60 million for emotional stress and US$55 million for economic damage, as well as an additional US$25 million in punitive damages.
The case stems from the theft and posting online of a private sex tape filmed with Hulk Hogan and shock jock Bubba the Love Sponge’s wife. A judge ordered the sex tape to be taken down in 2013, but Gawker.com adamantly refused, even being so bold as to run a story titled,
Gawker is owned by a Nick Denton, a Hungarian Jew.
