PLA Army Day – Warning of War in China – ITEL – 8.1.20

The Middle East found itself under a searing heat wave as temperatures in parts of Iraq topped 127°F. Saudi fared a bit better, coming in at over 116ºF while overnight lows stayed above the 90’s. Geopolitics found itself heating up as well as China’s massive flooding saw no end in sight whie China settled in to celebrate the People’s Liberation Army “Army Day” which falls on August 1 and celebrates the founding of the People’s Liberation Army.
The day was marked with some tempered words as leading generals in the PLA fired warning shots across what is being seen as an increasingly risky and aggressive foreign policy being advanced by Chinese Secretariat Xi Jinping.
Dai Xu, a top general of the People’s Liberation Army has advocated that China should take stock of its relative weaknesses compared to the US and behave accordingly, according to a report in Nikkei Asian Review that cited a recent article authored by the officer who has been described as one of China’s most prominent hawks. – source
The reality for China, as some experts see it, is that China, although currently experiencing a massive investment in her military, still has quite a ways to go before China will be able to compete with the United States. In areas as long range logistics, open sea refueling, and actual experience, China lags way behind the United States and is not expected to reach parity in some areas until at least 2049.
Another retired army officer, Major General Qiao Liang had told South China Morning Post in May this year that Beijing “should not consider the coronavirus pandemic as an opportunity to take back Taiwan by force. China’s ultimate goal is not the reunification of Taiwan, but to achieve the dream of national rejuvenation – so that all 1.4 billion Chinese can have a good life,” Qiao, a professor at the PLA National Defence University in Beijing, had said in an interview to SCMP. –
Needless to say, with globalists having engineered the Covid-19 catastrophe, and with China being the primary country from which the Covid-19 attack was launched, there is little good will upon which China can fall back on. This reality, too, was noted, in that few, if any, countries have risen up to publicly voice support for China. Further, as China continues on with an ever aggressive near horizon expansion policy, China faces no fewer than 18 international border disputes and has been rapidly losing goodwill across Southeast Asian nations.
Australia has gone from being a willing enabler of Chinese expansion to nearly entering into a state of war.
Meanwhile, governments around the world continue to use the Covid-19 scamdemic as an exercise in eradication of human rights and basic human freedoms while enabling, at least in the United States and United Kingdom, rioters to roam the streets, terrorize the populace, and destroy small businesses.
Under the surface, things are not just simmering with the weather, geo and domestic politics are reaching boiling points.
